JFS Senior Connections: A Discussion About Dementia & Alzheimer’s

  • Temple Beth Or 5315 Creedmoor Road Raleigh, NC, 27612 United States (map)

Have you ever asked yourself,

“Is this normal? Should I worry about my memory?”

Join Lisa Levine, Director of Education for Dementia Alliance of North Carolina, for this discussion to learn what normal aging looks like, how dementia differs and what signs might indicate a problem. We will explore the difference between Alzheimer’s disease and dementia and share what, if anything, you can do to reduce your risk of developing either.

Whether you are interested for yourself, a family member or you just want to know for the future, this talk will be an interactive learning opportunity to ask questions and explore more about memory loss.
