Please use the form below to schedule your ride with JFSGo. You can also schedule your ride by emailing us or calling/leaving a voicemail on the JFSGo phone at (919) 397-4390 anytime (Please note that ride confirmation calls/emails are sent on Mondays between the hours of 9:00 AM- 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM-3:00 PM)

JFSGo rides can be scheduled up to one (1) month in advance. Rides must be scheduled by Monday at 3pm for rides going out that week (Tuesday thru the following Monday). Rides can be scheduled for pick up no earlier than 8:30AM and as late as 11:30PM Monday- Friday, and no earlier than 11:30 AM and as late as 7:30PM Saturdays and Sundays.
